Louis XVI style Mahogany Cabinet circa 1880

A Delightful Louis XVI style Mahogany Cabinet of fine quality with brass mouldings & galleried marble top above twin cupboards with serving slide.  Would make an ideal small Drinks Cabinet.  Sometimes known as 'L'en Cas de Nuit', these versatile cabinets would originally have been used as bedside cabinets to keep provisions and snacks 'in case of need' in the night!  France, circa 1880
